A walk-through state allows nurses that are licensed in another state to immediately or almost immediately get a license in their state. Unlike a compact state, this is a full license for the state. Walk-through states have different requirements for what you need to bring with you and some states require an appointment so check with the licensing board (you'll probably find a link on the previous page).
