Emergency Room Registered Nurses provide care for patients that are experiencing life-threatening trauma or injuries. Emergency Room Registered Nurses need to have the ability to quickly identify life-threatening problems while remaining calm and professional.
As an Emergency Room Nurses your responsibilities include:
Managing time and possessing ability to make rapid, accurate assessments.
Making certain patients are in stable condition and reducing any discomfort in an intense setting.
Providing medications while checking for any allergies to prevent problems.
Quickly obtain vitals and other samples as needed.
One year of experience as an Emergency room RN within the past two years.
Current RN License in good standing.
Up to date BLS through American Heart Association.
