The Rehab RN is responsible for helping patients with long-term physical disabilities or chronic diseases. Rehab Nurse help patients and their family members to develop a care plan that will help the patient overcome any boundaries and reach their full potential.
As a Rehabilitation Nurse your duties include:
Providing information to patients and their family members about disease, injuries and skills needed to care for themselves.
Assisting patients exercise and track their progress.
Educating patients how to adjust to temporary or permanent disabilities.
One year of experience as a Rehabilitation Nurse within the past two
