Neonatal ICU Nurses provides care for infants with moderate to severe issues care. Additionally Neonatal ICU RNs provide 24 hour care to these little patients and they offer guidance to parents. Neonatal ICU RNs work as a member of a large team of doctors and nurse practitioners.
As a Neonatal nurse responsibilities consist of:
Closely oversee newborns advising physicians and other healthcare professionals of progress.
Assist in creating and executing a plan of care.
One year of experience as a Neonatal ICU RN within the past two years.
Active RN License in good standing.
Up to date Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
