Emergency Room Nurses assist people who are experiencing life-threatening trauma or injuries. Emergency Nurses need to have the ability to quickly identify life-threatening complications while keeping professional and calm.
As an Emergency Nurses your duties include:
Managing time and possessing ability to make immediate, accurate assessments.
Making certain patients are in stable condition and managing any discomfort in an intense setting.
Supplying prescribed medications while checking for allergies to prevent problems.
Quickly take vitals and other samples when necessary.
One year of experience as an Emergency nurse within the past two years.
Current RN License in good standing.
Up to date BLS through American Heart Association.
